Cox Media Group has announced that longtime WSB Radio veteran, radio meteorologist Kirk Mellish is retiring at the end of July. Mellish has been with WSB for over 30 years. He'll transition into a consultants role through the end of the year.

Bubba The Love Sponge has obtained an anti-stalking court order against a man who has allegedly made threats against him. The Protection Against Stalking order was issued June 24, 2021 by The Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial District for Hillsborough County, Florida.

Audacy Flips Alternative to Country in Buffalo

The Wolf (WLKK-FM) is Audacy's new Country station in Buffalo. Previously known as Alternative Buffalo, the station will be heard on 107.7 and FM translator 104.7. The station will launch with 5,000 songs commercial-free.

Clancy Retiring After 34 Years

Alisa Clancy has been with KCSM, the community radio station at the College of San Mateo for 34 years, and in radio for over 40 years. Clancy, who hosts A Morning Cup of Jazz on KCSM, will leave the station Friday. The Mercury News has a nice piece on Clancy HERE.
