Judiciary Committee Moves AMFA to House Floor
The House Judiciary Committee voted in favor of moving the American Music Fairness Act out of Committee and onto the House floor for a full vote. The bill, if enacted into law, would require radio stations to pay artists to play their music. The Bill is not expected to be approved by the current Congress.

WGCI Donates $13,000 from Concert
iHeartMedia's Chicago hip-hop station WGCI (107.5 FM) donated more than $13,000 in proceeds from a recent concert to two elementary schools. The money was collected as part of WGCI's Big Jam 2022 concert series.
WPXY to Launch New Morning Show in January
Audacy's pop station in Rochester WPXY (97.9 FM, 98 PXY) will launch a new morning show in January with some familiar talent. The show, PXY Mornings with Moose and Breezy, will pair Phil "Moose" Musumechi and Brianna "Breezy" Sloth.
