Every year SOS Radio & Hope for Prisoners hosts a program called 50 Christmases for children with incarcerated parents. 50 individual living rooms are set up with sofas & loveseats around a coffee table and fresh cut Christmas trees.

The new headquarters will be located at 1 M Street SE, in Washington, D.C. The new 10-story, 130,000-square-foot building is expected to be completed by Fall of 2018. The NAB has been at its current location, 1771 N St NW, since 1947. The NAB streamed the event from Monday and you can view it HERE.

The National Association of Broadcasters is welcoming Ray Quiñones as its new Director of Government Relations. Quiñones' background includes serving as policy advisor for House Energy and Commerce Committee member Rep. Darren Soto.

Cox Media Tulsa launched its 2021 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway fundraiser with a goal to sell 13,000 tickets, which would raise $1.3 million for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.  This year’s goal is 1,000 more than the cluster sold last year.

WJTL-FM host Phil Smith is facing multiple charges, including rape, after being arrested by the Lancaster City Police Department. Smith was arrested last week for sexual offenses committed between 2013-2017.

On Friday, iHeartMedia Chief Programming Officer and President of the National Programming Group, Tom Poleman announced that Mark Adams and Dylan Sprague were named VP's for the company's CHR format. And, Cara Hahn and Taylor Jukes have officially joined iHeart as CHR Brand Coordinators.

The newest member of the Federal Communications Commission, Nathan Simington, will be part of the Radio Ink Hispanic Radio Conference in Miami. Simington is a former senior advisor at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
