As radio's Season of Giving goes on, two Audacy signals have each raised six figures in their markets, in support of two children's hospitals. Philadelphia's BIG 98.1 (WOGL) and Cleveland's Star 102 (WDOK) both collected lots of cash during their respective radiothons.
Little Heroes’ Radiothon Brings in $122,000
KRBE (104.1 FM) in Houston raised over $122,000 for a local children's hospital during its "Houston's Little Heroes" radiothon. The charity event took place on December 15 with a live broadcast of KBRE's morning show The Roula & Ryan Show.
KLUC Host’s 12 Days On A Scaffold Pays Off For Kids In Vegas
Audacy Las Vegas' 98.5 KLUC wrapped its Chet Buchanan Show Toy Drive after a record year for community generosity. Buchanan, stationed atop a 30-foot scaffold for 12 days, helped fill 42 Coca-Cola trucks with toys and 7,774 bikes and raised $802,389.

Audacy Washington DC's El Zol 107.9 (WLZL) has successfully raised $177,391 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at the completion of their 2023 radiothon. This latest round of fundraising drives the total contribution by El Zol past the $2.2 million mark.
