Linda Byrd is the President, North Florida Region, for iHeartMedia. She manages the Orlando cluster of nine radio stations and a state network for iHeartMedia. She also oversees the Central/North Florida region which includes Sarasota, Tampa, Melbourne, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Panama City, and Brunswick, Georgia. And she's on Radio Ink's 2018 Most Influential Women in Radio list.

ESPN Audio circulated a press release Wednesday that said the network’s national radio talk shows, live events, local radio stations, and podcasting account for nearly half (46%) of all sports radio listenership in the U.S. ESPN says that was the conclusion of Edison's 2017 “Share of Ear” survey. And most are listening through their radios.
