WCBM’s Tom Marr Suffers A Stroke
Talk Radio 680 WCBM in Baltimore announced on its website that Marr is on medical hiatus after suffering a stroke as a result of recent back surgery. Marr has been in Baltimore radio since 1967, and has been with WCBM since 1988.

97.1 The Fan (WBNS-FM) Columbus, OH, has launched a new morning show and a revamped line-up. Joining Brandon Beam on Morning Juice will be former Buckeye linebackers Bobby Carpenter and Anthony Schlegel.

ESPN New York's Hahn & Humpty will join MSG’s weeknight summer programing lineup. Every Monday through Thursday, from Monday, May 23 through September 8, MSG Network’s Knicks studio analyst Alan Hahn and former Islanders goalie Rick DiPietro will give MSG viewers a look inside their studio with a one-hour highlight show from 7-8 p.m.

Radio Show Attendance Up By 156
According to the NAB and RAB, total attendance to the 2018 Radio Show in Orlando was 2,130. That's an 8 percent increase over the 2017 Radio Show in Austin where registered attendance totaled 1,974. The 2019 Radio Show will be held September 24-27 in Dallas.
Cannon Syndicated Show Ends
Nick Cannon took over mornings at Meruelo Media's Power 106 in Los Angeles in June of 2019. He then partnered with Skyview Networks to launch into syndication in early 2020. A report out Wednesday, confirmed by Skyview, states that the show has come to an end.
