The hearing, regarding the license renewal of KDND Sacramento, stems from the 2007 contest called “Hold Your Wee for a Wii” in which the contestant who was able to drink water at regular intervals for the longest time without urinating or vomiting won a Nintendo Wii. Contestant Jennifer Strange died after the contest.

60% Of Web Advertising Will Be On Mobile In 2018

That's according to Zenith Media, which also says 75% of global Internet use will be mobile next year. The predictions are part of Zenith’s new Mobile Advertising Forecasts. Mobile use of the Internet has increased from 40% in 2012 to 68% in 2016, and Zenith is forecasting it to reach 79% by 2018.

The company added 345,000 net new subscribers during Q3 to edge closer to the 31 million subscriber mark. Self-pay net additions were 385,000 during the third quarter, resulting in self-pay total subscribers of 25.5 million. By the end of 2016, the company expects net self-pay subscriber additions of approximately 1.6 million and total net subscriber additions of approximately 1.7 million. CEO Jim Meyer said there are now 91 million automobiles on the road with SiriusXM installed and that included a 73% penetration rate in the third quarter.
