Townsquare Media’s New Jersey 101.5 (WKXW-FM) is presenting the latest in a series of Town Hall broadcasts to help New Jersey residents and businesses dealing with the COVID-19. The program is set for Wednesday July 8.

Arthur Williamson has pleaded no contest to the first-degree murder of WWJ-AM's Jim Matthews, who was found dead in September, as well as assault with intent to murder, and unlawful imprisonment.

2022 will bring a daily news show to Nashville Public Radio's WPLN-FM. 'This Is Nashville' will be produced by a team of seven.

It's hard to believe Mike Golic will not land a radio gig somewhere, with his 20 years experience, knowledge of all sports and desire to stay in the game. The 57-year old will see his 20-year run with ESPN come to an end July 31 when Golic & Wingo, which never really clicked like Mike & Mike did, is replaced by Keyshawn Johnson and friends.

The window is open for nominations for the Second Annual Conclave Radio Awards. The awards are determined by the nominations and votes of radio industry professionals.

On a recent episode of their radio show, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton vocalized their support for keeping AM radio in cars after an email from a listener on the issue. Sexton said listeners should, "focus in on the safety reasons to have AM and also the free speech reasons."

First it was Cam Newton with the sexist jab at female journalist Jourdan Rodrigue. Now, nbcsports.com reports that Philly sports radio host Mike Missanelli has been cut loose by Philadelphia’s ABC affiliate for a sexist comment about Beth Mowins doing the play-by-play on Monday Night Football.
