Report: iHeart Lawsuit Moved to Federal Court
The San Antonio Express-News is reporting that bondholders have transferred an iHeartMedia lawsuit against them seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages from debt default notices last year to federal district court in San Antonio. The suit was being heard in Bexar County state district court where iHeart had won a previous lawsuit.

The FCC plans to randomly audit 5% of stations every year to make sure they are adhering to the Commission's EEO requirements. As Broadcast Attorney David Oxenford points out, 35 stations were audited this week. Stations must have 2 year's worth of EEO reports in their public file.
