Alternative Seattle station 107.7 The End is handing over nights to weekend jock Cody Whistler. Whistler joined the station’s promotions team over a decade ago and added a swing role on-air three years ago. He’ll be on air every Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. – midnight.

Ryan Lieberman has been named Senior Vice President of Sales for the Riverside/San Bernardino region. For the last three years, he has served as Market President for Townsquare Media in Tri-Cities, Washington.

WKYS/Washington, DC, (93.9 FM) is bringing back DJ Quicksilva as the host of the all-new Quicksilva Show. The afternoon show will air on both WKYS/93.9 and Quicksilva’s hometown of Baltimore (WERQ/92Q).

Howard Stern's exclusive SiriusXM channel, Howard 100, will turn "all interviews, all the time," starting midnight December 18, and run through New Year's Day. Howard 101, will be dedicated to the show's greatest highlights from the year. Howard 101: Everything Else will feature his top comedic moments with the Wack Pack, prank phone calls, and stunts.

Radio personality Mike Rowe has rejoined SummitMedia Louisville as Assistant Program Director and afternoon talent at Q103.1 (WQNU). Rowe previously hosted mornings at the cluster's Classic Rock 107.7 (WSFR), then known as The Eagle, for a brief period in 2022.

iHeartMedia Miami announced today that DJ Laz will be the new weekday afternoon host on the new Totally 93.9 (all 90's). Laz hosted mornings in Miami on WPOW-FM for 22 years until 2012. He also hosted mornings on 97.3 in Miami from 2014-2019.

The Radio Television Digital News Foundation has announced the winners of its 2017 First Amendment Awards. The First Amendment Leadership Award goes to Hubbard CEO Stanley Hubbard and the First Amendment Service Award to ABC Radio News Vice President and General Manager Steve Jones.
