Lemonada Media, a prominent podcast network, is expanding its roster with the addition of The Sarah Silverman Podcast. Hosted by two-time Emmy-winning comedian Sarah Silverman, the new season is set to debut on October 19, featuring weekly episodes.

YEA Networks has launched Caroline’s Obsessions featuring Caroline Kraddick, CEO, Kidd’s Kids, a charity started by her late father, nationally syndicated radio personality Kidd Kraddick, who passed away in 2013.

In one of the final sessions at the Radio Show last week in Nashville, Gordon Borrell hosted a presentation called "Radio – the Local Media Company of the Future." Borrell said whether or not your salespeople understand digital will be a big driver of your success, especially understanding Facebook, which he says a lot of advertisers are turning to. Blind Plea is a new true-crime podcast series hosted by journalist Elizabeth Flock and produced by Lemonada Media. The 10-part series explores the 2017 case of Deven Grey, who killed her abusive partner in rural Alabama, claiming self-defense.

That's according to the second half State of New York Market Report released by the New York Market Radio Association (NYMRAD), Monday. The organization also says nearly 200 advertisers more than doubled their spending in New York City and 15 product categories were up by double digits.
