The company announced Wednesday morning that co-founder and Co-CEO Dhruv Prasad has resigned from his position as Co-CEO and board member, effective January 31. Bill Wilson will transition from Co-CEO to serve as the sole CEO.  

After holding second spot on the Media Monitors weekly chart last week, GEICO is back at the summit, having run 43,410 radio commercials nationwide during the past week. Not surprisingly, Home Depot was a very close second with 43,008 spots.

Cumulus Media/Westwood One Nashville Country helped build homes for Habitat for Humanity, Wednesday and Sunday, in the parking lot of the NASH Campus in Nashville. Westwood One partnered with its client Ply Gem, a manufacturer of building products, for the project, which was in support of Home for Good, a campaign to build affordable housing across America.

The Northern Virginia Daily has the details about Allen Shaw's Centennial Broadcasting selling the station previously known as WINC-AM to Colonial Radio Group of Williamsport. The station, now using the calls WZFC, just celebrated its 80th anniversary. It was sold for $25,000.
