Hot AC Y98 (KYKY-FM) in St. Louis has signed midday host Jill Devine to a multi-year contract extension. A St. Louis native, Devine has been on the radio in St. Louis since 1998. Prior to working at Y98, Jill was morning host on “The Bull” (KSD-FM). Before that, she hosted middays on “The River” (WVRV) and “Movin” (WMVN), where she was also Music Director.

iHeartMedia has promoted Scott Hogle as its new Market President for Honolulu where the company has an8-station cluster. Hogle started his 30 year radio career at WXRI-FM in Norfolk. He most recently served as SVP of Sales for iHeart Honolulu.

Twenty-five-year broadcasting executive Gigi South is the new Market Manager for the Cumulus cluster in Savannah. South replaces Eric Mastel, who heads to Cumulus Charleston as Market Manager.

Audio analytics and research provider Veritonic has announced a strategic partnership with former Spotify Global Director and Principal Data Scientist Jon Gibs. During his tenure at Spotify, Gibs worked on the company's recommendation algorithms.

WXMX-FM/Memphis has locked down the services of Danni Bruns with a new multi-year deal. Bruns will be Operations Manager of Cumulus Memphis’ four-station cluster as well as PD and afternoon drive co-host of the Rock-formatted WXMX.

Kimmie Caruba is joining KDDB-FM/Waipahu, Hawaii, (102.7 Da Bomb) as morning show co-host with Keola Lui-Kwan on The Keola Show.

Audio and spoken word agency Oxford Road has hired former Premiere co-founder Kraig Kitchin as Strategic Advisor. Kitchin is now President of the talent management firm SoundMind.

Radio One in Washington DC has hired Dominique Da Diva to host middays on WKYS-FM. Da Diva began her radio career in her hometown of Richmond, as an intern with WBTJ-106.5 The BEAT. In 2016, Da Diva moved to Los Angeles to host Diva Unfiltered on Dash Radio and explore the digital tech world with the launch of her very own App, Da Daily Dirt.
