Chris Eagan has been promoted to Senior Director of Operations for Cox Media Group Atlanta. Eagan will oversee programming for B98.5 (WSB-FM), 97-1 The River (WSRV-FM), and Kiss 104.1 (WALR-FM), and have continued responsibility for radio promotions and digital content, as well as commercial production in the Atlanta market

Spencer Bynes has been named Area President for iHeartMedia Texas. He will oversee the Beaumont, McAllen, Waco, Corpus Christi and Bryan markets.

United Stations Radio Networks needed a representative in its Affiliate Relations department, so they recruited radio and music industry veteran Gina Suarez. Suarez has an impressive history of working hand-in-hand with radio stations and their programming departments.

Dave Anthony, Network Program Director for Forever Media in Pittsburgh, PA and Wheeling, WV is joining Community Broadcasters as Operations Manager for its Orangeburg, SC cluster. 

Kirk Minihane, who’s been one half of the Kirk and Callahan show for the past five years, has been off the air for several weeks after publicly announcing he’s been battling depression. Entercom has decided to move Minihane to Radio.com.

Six radio broadcasters will be joining the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony is set for September 30 at the Boston/Qunicy Marriott Hotel.

Bobby Duncan is the new Program Director of 92.3 KGON-FM/Portland, starting December 3. Duncan began his career as an on-air personality for sister station Mega 101 FM (KLOL-FM) in Houston.

The Broadcasters Foundation of America has elected Patrick Butler and Hilton Howell, to its Board of Directors. Butler is President/CEO, America's Public Television Stations; Howell is President/CEO of Gray Television and Atlantic American Corporation.

Sean “Coop” Tabler and Casey Reed have joined 96.5 TDY (WTDY-FM) in Philadelphia as on-air hosts. Tabler and Reed can be heard weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. as co-hosts on the morning show Coop and Casey.
