Travis Boucher has been welcomed aboard New Hampshire Public Radio as the organization's new Chief Financial Officer. Boucher, a resident of Concord, will transition from his role as CFO at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, NH.

The Georgia Public Telecommunications Commission has unanimously chosen Bert Huffman as the new CEO of Georgia Public Broadcasting. Huffman has been serving as interim CEO of GPB since former chief Teya Ryan's resignation in May.

NOLA Talker Passes at 89
Considered by many to be a father of talk radio in New Orleans, Keith Rush died last week at the age of 89. Rush’s broadcasting career spanned six decades. He retired in 2016. Rush spent many years on WSMB-AM. More details from WWL TV HERE.

Pastor Charles Johnson Named Gospel Radio President
Shreveport, LA radio personality Charles Johnson, also known as Pastor CeJay on KOKA, has been inaugurated as the president of the National Association of Gospel Radio. The ceremony took place in New Orleans over the first weekend of September.
