Cumulus Media has hired Nikki Blakk to serve as the on-air host for San Francisco classic rock station KSAN (107.7 FM, The Bone). The hiring is a homecoming for Blakk, who started her radio career as an intern with KSAN while attending nearby SFSU.
Sandy Maxx to Host Afternoon News at WTMJ
WTMJ (620 AM) in Milwaukee has hired Sandy Maxx to co-host Wisconsin's Afternoon News with John Mercure, Greg Matzek and Debbie Lagaza. Maxx joins the station after a stint at Milwaukee classic rock station WKLH (95.5 FM).

Cox Media Group says Lauren "Lo" Sessions — one of Radio Ink's "30 and Under Superstar" — has been named the new afternoon drive host and assistant program director/music director at country station KKBQ (92.9 FM, Q93) in Houston.
‘Matt Walsh Show’ Joins Daily Wire Block
Westwood One is expanding its partnership with conservative media outlet The Daily Wire to include distribution of The Matt Walsh Show, starting in January 2023. The Matt Walsh Show will continue to be offered as a podcast as well.
Patty Steele to Depart WCBS-FM
Patty Steele says her last show with Audacy's New York City oldies station WCBS-FM (101.1 FM) will coincide with co-host Scott Shannon's retirement in mid-December, after which she will focus on her podcast while exploring other opportunities.

Tom Moyer, the general manager of Salem Media Group's four stations in Washington, D.C., will retire at the end of the year. The company said general sales manager David Howard will succeed Moyer upon his departure.

SummitMedia has promoted Diamond Tyleir to host weeknights on its rhythmic CHR station WBHJ (95.7 FM) in Birmingham. Prior to the promotion, Tyleir had been working weekends at the station. She joined SummitMedia in 2019.

Audacy has promoted Aaron Roberts to the position of operations manager in Sacramento. Roberts joined Audacy Sacramento in August; in this expanded role, he will oversee content strategy, branding, talent and operations across all Audacy Sacramento stations.
