Beasley Media Group has officially moved Mix 99.5 (WJBR) out of Wilmington, DE to a new home in the neighboring market of Philadelphia. WJBR's programming will now piggyback as the HD2 signal for Beasley's 95.7 Ben FM (WBEN).

iHeartMedia unveiled the new Rumba format in Jacksonville on a translator broadcasting on 106.9 and WQIK-HD2. Rumba is a variety of Spanish Tropical music, including songs from artists such as Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, Nicky Jam, and Victor Manuelle.

iHeart Lenders Make Counter Proposal On Debt
Since March, iHeartCommunications has been trying to convince lenders and bondholders to restructure about $15 billion of the company's debt. What iHeart was offering the lenders has not convinced them to buy into the plan and iHeart has continued to extend the deadline of their offer. There has been a counteroffer made by one of the lenders which that lender believes may bring other lenders in.
Townsquare Makes Another Significant Buyback From Azoff’s MSG
Townsquare Media is making another move to shore up its financial future with the repurchase of a substantial portion of its shares from MSG National Properties LLC. As of April 1st, Townsquare will repurchase and retire around 1.5 million Class A shares.
