Tom Hudson is the new Chief Content Officer at WAMU-FM in Washington, DC. WAMU is a public station that carries NPR and local news and information. Hudson currently serves as the VP of News and Special Correspondent at WLRN in Southern Florida.

Matt Britton is CEO of "Suzy", a consumer intelligence platform that collaborates with Fortune 500 companies. He is the kick-off Keynote Speaker for the upcoming Radio Masters Sales Summit presented by Radio Ink and The Center for Sales Strategy.

The third and final season of the scripted Audible Original "Letters from Camp" podcast is set to debuts Thursday, July 21, 2022. The final season has eight episodes that were inspired by a true event.

The KOSI Teddy Bear Patrol is underway in Denver. The Bonneville International station is teaming up with the Stinker Stores chain to collect new teddy bears to be given to children by Police, Firefighters and EMS organizations.

West Palm Beach radio station WEFL-AM is adding Jose del Valle to the lineup. The "Treasure Coast" native is a familiar voice and face on ESPN Deportes, ESPN+ and SportsCenter.

Valerie Preactor is the new Sports Anchor/Reporter for WBAL-AM/FM and WIYY-FM in Baltimore. She previously served as a Sideline Reporter for ESPN+, Production Assistant for NBC Sports Washington, and most recently as the Programming Assistant for WIYY.

Marketron has promoted Bo Bandy to Senior Vice President of Marketing. She joined the company in 2019 and was part of the successful launch of Marketron NXT and Marketron REV products.

Cumulus Media has promoted Dave Daniels to Operations Manager, Cumulus Oxnard-Ventura, California. Since 2016 he has been Morning Host for KHAY-FM, where he will continue in that role.

Former WCBS-FM PD Joe McCoy alerted the radio world this weekend that Don K. Reed had passed away. McCoy had known Reed since 1975 when they were both DJ's at WCBS-FM. Reed may have been most well known for his Sunday Night Doo Wop Shop. Art Vuolo put together a tribute video to Reed which you can watch HERE.
