St. Louis Public Radio Workers Vote for Union
Employees at three public radio stations in Missouri have voted for a statement of intent to form a union. The vote affects staff at three stations operated by St. Louis Public Radio: KWMU (90.7 FM) in St. Louis, WQUB (90.3 FM) in Quincy and KMST (88.5 FM) in Rolla.
Hart Named Mid-Day Host at KBCO Denver
iHeartMedia says its Denver-based world-class rock station KBCO (97.3 FM) has hired Robbyn Hart to host mid-days, starting Monday. Hart will host the midday show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays, and will report to program director Scott Arbough.

Storic Media Podcast Networks has launched a new podcast that probes some of the most-heinous crimes committed in recent history. The show, Code Name: Siren, is hosted by former British police detective Nina Hobson, who has investigated a wide range of crimes.
Hersholt Retires from KNWN, Calvert to Succeed
Long-time Seattle host Gregg Hersholt is retiring from Lotus' KNWN (1000 AM, 97.7 FM) on Friday. The retirement caps a five-decade broadcasting career, much of it spent in the Seattle market. Brian Calvert will fill Hersholt's role as morning news co-host, starting Tuesday.
