Larry Patrick Appointed Receiver For Ed Stolz Stations

A federal judge appointed Larry Patrick as Receiver for KREV-FM 92.7 in San Francisco KFRH-FM 104.3 in Las Vegas and KRCKC-FM in Palm Springs.  This stems from a lawsuit alleging copyright infringement by 17 music copyright holders. The reported debt of the three stations is over $2 million.
