Talent System Dates Announced

The RAB has announced two dates for its National Radio Talent System. The Confer Radio Talent Institute at Bloomsburg University of PA will be held May 22 – 28, 2023 and the Kellar Radio Talent Institute at Appalachian State University will be June 5 – 14, 2023.

Former Host Faces Another Sexual Assault Claim

Back in March we reported that former KFWR-FM Fort Worth host Justin Frazell was facing sexual assault accusations from a teen that allegedly took place at a New Years Eve party at his home. CBS TV is reporting Frazell is being accused of a second incident with the teen.

Now, an issue with a PPM panelist that Nielsen decided to remove from the panel that will affect Beasley's Hispanic station WYUU.

The company was looking at strong comps in January and February of 2020 before the bottom fell out in March when the pandemic grabbed the American way of life by the throat. In January and February revenue was down 21% compared to 2020. March revenue was up 3.9% over March 2020.
