South Florida radio fans will remember George “Jorge” Rodriguez, the producer for WQAM-AM host Neil Rogers. Rodriguez passed away Friday morning, according to his daughter. Rodriguez had been keeping the memory of Rogers alive for years with a Neil Rogers Facebook page.
Can anyone tell me how Jorge died? I miss them both.

Years ago George tried to encourage me to come out, the way Neil Rogers had courageously done years earlier. I wish I would have listened. Rest in peace my friend.
