After 41 years as a media broker, and 50 years in the industry, Bill Cate is leaving Media Services Group and will specialize in radio appraisals under his longtime company name of Sunbelt Media.
Cate is the founder, President and CEO of Sunbelt Media, which has owned and operated 28 stations in six states. He joined the pioneer brokerage firm of Chapman Associates in 1978 and later became a co-owner and President of Chapman, until 1990. He has been a partner and Director of Media Services Group since 2014.
