Matthew “Doughboy” Florence is loading up the truck and making the move from Albuquerque to Southern California for a June 1 start at Rhythmic CHR station KVYB/103.3 The Vibe. Florence will be the station’s PD and afternoon personality.

The Worcester, MA, Hot AC station is the new home ground for St.James. However, she will continue to be heard weekends on WNSH-FM (NASH FM 94.7) in New York. St. James most recently served as Program Director/Afternoons for Cumulus Media-Allentown’s WLEV.

Wisconsin-based Woodward Radio Group's new Digital Department has its new Director. WRG has promoted Kaytie Kelly to lead all six radio brands (WAPL, WHBY, WSCO, WKSZ, WZOR, and WFZZ).

The Freakonomics podcast network has hired a new editorial director. Gabriel Roth worked for Slate for seven years, where he oversaw podcasts.

iHeartMedia Washington, DC, has named Jill Kempton PD for 97.1 WASH-FM (an 80s, 90s, and Today format). Kempton moves to DC, from WTLW in New York, where she was APD, Music Director, and Imaging Director. She spent her first eight years in radio at WBEB in Philadelphia.

Kyle Rittenhouse will be featured in an interview with Salem Radio Network’s Charlie Kirk today. Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all five charges arising from his self-defense during a BLM riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2020.

101.9 THE MIX (WTMX-FM) Chicago is switching-up its lineup and adding a new co-host. Casey McCabe will join Jenny Valliere in afternoon drive. Lisa Allen returns to midday.

Sean Hannity will continue airing on Beasley's AM 720 KDWN through 2019. Hannity started airing on KDWN in February, 2015. He brought his show An Evening with Sean Hannity to Las Vegas and has broadcast from the KDWN studio several times during the current campaign season.

Jim Isabella is back behind the mic. The evening host returned to his WNIR 100.1 FM, Kent, Ohio after a five-week battle with COVID-19.

Joshua Flemming has been hired as the Director of New Business Development for Powell Broadcasting's cluster in Panama City, which includes WKNK, WPFM, WRBA, and WASJ. Flemming will be responsible for the creation and execution of NTR programs, revenue development expansion on air, onsite, and digitally with Powell's in-house iCast Interactive division.
