JAM Media Solutions has named Donovan Welsh Executive VP of Sales and Kerry Porreca as Executive VP of Finance. Welsh is a 30-year radio vet from New York. Most recently Donovan was with Entercom's Sales Manager at WFAN. Prior to that Welsh was GSM for WFAN for 7 years.
