Galaxy Media has promoted Carrie J. Wojtaszek to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. Wojtaszek, a 10-year veteran of Galaxy, has served as the General Manager of Galaxy Events since 2013. She will continue in that role while adding responsibility for Galaxy’s 13 radio stations, digital division, and sports marketing organization to her duties.
“It’s hard to quantify the impact that Carrie has had on Galaxy,” said Ed Levine, President/CEO of Galaxy Media. “Carrie and Pam Levine have built Galaxy Events from nothing to a nationally known brand. I’m excited to watch the impact that she will have in all of our divisions in the coming years.”
