Katerina Perez has held senior leadership positions throughout Florida, Virginia and Washington State. She's spent a good chunk of her radio career with iHeartMedia and Entercom has now hired her as GSM in South Florida. Perez is now responsible for generating revenue for Miami’s 104.3 The Shark / WSFS-FM and The Ticket / WAXY-AM.

Dan Dibley has signed a long-term contract extension with Entercom. The co-host of the morning show on 95.7 The Game (KGMZ-FM) in San Francisco will remain on Joe, Lo & Dibs, weekdays 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT.

Shawn Knight, owner of Knight Broadcasting, was killed in a paragliding accident in eastern Ventura County California. Knight Broadcasting owns and operates KRAZ-FM Santa Ynez, KSYV-FM Solvang and KUHL in Santa Maria.

Casey Daniels has joined the morning show on Classic Hits 98.7 WFGR, Grand Rapids. Daniels joins the station’s current morning host JoJo Girard, to form the Casey & JoJo Show.

Sid Kelly has accepted the programming job at Cumulus' Top 40 station in Dallas, KLIF-FM. Kelly moves to Dallas from Cumulus Indianapolis, where he was PD and afternoon host for WYRG-FM, also a Top 40 station. Prior to that, he was PD for Cumulus Mobile’s WABD-FM.

Minister and noted inspirational speaker Edward Long has joined Praise 102.5/Atlanta with a new show Lit Nights with Ed and Bre.

95.5 KLOS/Los Angeles has re-signed The Heidi & Frank Show to a multi-year deal. In addition, Frosty Stillwell will reunite with his former cast members as a permanent co-host beginning Tuesday, September 6. The reunion comes six years after Frosty left the show to do News/Talk in San Francisco.

HRN Media Network has hired Feinberg as its Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, Feinberg helped with the podcast initiative at Panoply and is an adjunct professor and lecturer on digital marketing and media at Fordham University and FIT.

Lori Lewis Media and Rob Wagman’s Straight Path Media + Marketing are partnering on a new marketing endeavor. Starting March 1 Wagman will be offering Lewis’s digital and social media marketing to his clients.

Caroline Beasley, CEO of Beasley Media Group, will be the keynote speaker for the June 28 luncheon at the Vinoy in St. Petersburg. Ms. Beasley will appear in a fireside chat with Florida Association of Broadcasters President and CEO Pat Roberts.
