Bruce Ramer is the longest-serving member of The Corporation for Public Broadcasting Board of Directors. The Los Angeles attorney, specializing in entertainment and media matters, is being honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding contributions to public media.
Chesney Returning to CRS
Country music superstar Kenny Chesney will appear as the featured artist during “The Artist Interview” at CRS 2023. Chesney last appeared at the Country Radio Seminar in 2020 when he received the Country Radio Broadcasters Artist Humanitarian Award.
Art Laboe Dies at Age 97
The legendary Art Laboe died peacefully at his home in Palm Springs, CA at the age of 97. In September, Laboe celebrated 79 years in radio.
