Derulo To Host iHeartRadio Music Awards
The third annual iHeartRadio Music Awards will be hosted by Jason Derulo on Sunday, April 3, at the historic fabulous Forum in Los Angeles. The event will air live on TBS, TNT, and truTV at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and will be simulcast on iHeartMedia stations nationwide, as well as on the iHeartRadio digital music platform.
Flemming Joins Powell In Panama City
Joshua Flemming has been hired as the Director of New Business Development for Powell Broadcasting's cluster in Panama City, which includes WKNK, WPFM, WRBA, and WASJ. Flemming will be responsible for the creation and execution of NTR programs, revenue development expansion on air, onsite, and digitally with Powell's in-house iCast Interactive division.

Radio One Launches Voter Registration Campaign
Radio One is teaming up with civic organization Black and Brown People Vote. The two organizations have launched "ONE Vote," which is a multi-media campaign on all Radio One assets — TV One, Reach Media, Interactive One, and 56 radio stations.
Clippers Switch to KLAC With 14 Games To Go
The NBA's Los Angeles Clippers and iHeartMedia have signed a new deal to bring the team over to AM 570 LA Sports/KLAC. The first game to be broadcast on the station will be Saturday night. The Clippers had been on KFWB-AM (980) since 2009 but have been looking for a new radio partner since the station changed to a foreign-language format last month. Clippers games will also be heard on The Patriot, KEIB AM 1150, when there are conflicts with Dodgers baseball.
93.3 WFLS Raises $136,089 For St. Jude
WFLS has raised $136,089 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with a two-day radiothon. The station has raised $727,404 since 2011. The three-day fundraising event kicked off with the radiothon on March 10 and 11, and was hosted by Steve Waters and Jessica Cash from the 93.3 WFLS Morning Show.
Janoff Back With CBS Radio New York
Greg Janoff has returned to CBS Radio in New York as Director, News Sales. In this new role, he will oversee all sales for both 1010 WINS and WCBS Newsradio 880. Janoff last worked in sales management at 1010 WINS back in 2009 before heading off to work at My Damn Channel. He also worked for Randy Michaels at Merlin Media for about two years before joining Townsquare as Regional Vice President for the past three years.
