WayFM, in Colorado Springs, has made several changes to their network weekday schedule. A morning co-host gets her own show and a midday show moves to evenings.

Regional Media in Illinois has announced a partnership with Gary Metivier to bring The Heart of the Story with Gary Metivier to Regional Media’s network. The Heart of the Story will debut in 27 counties that Regional Media services covers, across more than a dozen digital platforms, and their local podcast network.

Long-time broadcaster Mike Whorf passed away last week. Whorf was the host of the popular WJR-AM program Kaleidoscope. Whorf started as a radio announcer on the Armed Forces Network where he toured bases in California, Texas and Morocco. He was inducted in the Michigan Association of Broadcaster’s Hall of Fame in 2008.
