Auto Category Hits Audacy Hard in Q3
Auto was down 40% in the quarter according to CEO David Field. And when that's your largest category it makes it tougher to overcome. The decline in auto ad spending accounted for 1/3 of Audacy's Q3 revenue decrease when comparing to 2019.

A study conducted by Edison Research and released as part of the WorldDAB Summit shows broadcast radio continues to dominate as the most preferred source of in-car entertainment. 89% of car buyers in U.S. say broadcast radio should be standard in every vehicle.
Warrant Issued For Man Accused of Killing Utah Host
An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for 36-year-old Manuel Omar Burciaga-Perea. He's accused of killing 38-year old Gabriela Sifuentes Castilla, known as Gaby Ramos on Utah Spanish radio station La Mas Picosita, last month.

Gen Media Partners Managing Partner Warren Friedland and long-time network executive Jim Higgins have launched G Accelerate Networks, a joint venture in which both parties hold a stake and which Higgins will lead as CEO. No network products were announced in the Tuesday press release.
