New Country 101FIVE/WKHX-FM in Atlanta, is wrapping up a Free Gas Fill-up promotion April first. The station has been filling up listeners gas tanks on Tuesdays and contesting $50 dollar gas giveaways and Free Friday Fill-Ups for the past seven weeks.

Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, Philadelphia, raised over $65,000 in support of veterans in partnership with the Travis Manion Foundation. The foundation is led by veterans and families of the fallen that develops, unites and strengthens communities by training, developing, and highlighting the role models that lead them.

 Nielsen has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by a private equity consortium led by Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation, an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management L.P., and Brookfield Business Partners L.P. together with institutional partners for $28 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $16 billion, including the assumption of debt.
