Sterling, Waldman, Palmer Going Into NY Hall

The Board of Directors of the New York State Broadcasters Association has announced that Yankees broadcasters John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman, and WDOE sports director and morning show host Dan Palmer will be going into their Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will take place at a luncheon, Friday, June 10, at the Conrad Hotel in New York City. Here are more details on the three radio inductees.

Disgraced Politician Gets Radio Show

The Detroit News is reporting that former state Rep. Todd Courser is getting a one-hour show on Superstation 910AM WFDF. Courser, who starts his show this Saturday, is attempting a political comeback. He had to resign from the Michigan House of Representatives after the Detroit News exposed his failed attempt to cover up an extramarital affair with former Rep. Cindy Gamrat. According to Media Monitors, Sanders aired over 4,500 radio spots between April 15 and April 24 (he also ran over 8,500 TV ads). How did all the other candidates use radio?
