Iowa-Based Syndicator Gets Tech-Forward Rebrand

Ken Chester’s syndicator, previously known as RoadWorthy Drive Productions, has unveiled its new name: TechMobility Productions. The decision to rebrand was aimed at more accurately reflecting the content of its weekly programming. Chester said the previous name caused confusion among the radio industry and listeners.

TechMobility offers The TechMobility Show, a twice-weekly one-hour program, The TechMobility Minute, a sixty-second feature aired five times a week, and the brand-new TechMobility In Focus, a three-minute short feature available five times a week. The company’s programming finds its way to over fifty American radio stations.

Chester has more than thirty-four years in newspaper, radio, and television journalism. He is a founding member of the Black Automotive Media Group, a respected group comprising Black journalists either owning or working for various automotive media platforms.

Chester stated, “We changed the name to better reflect the actual content of our weekly programming. Our previous branding was confusing to both the radio industry and our listeners.”
