The Metropolitan Opera and WQXR, New York’s all-Classical music station, announce Aria Code, a new 10-episode podcast series that pulls the curtain back on some of opera’s most legendary arias.

PodcastOne has added four new podcasts hosted by high-profile personalities. The programs are Chad’s World, Zane’s World, Selfie Made and Just Between Us.

ESPN Radio is airing a special presentation of three memorable editions of ESPN Audio’s 30 for 30 podcasts on Thanksgiving Day, starting at 1 p.m.

The big word for podcasting is definitely “growth” -- "explosive growth" might be more apt. And ESPN Podcasts is certainly on that ride. For the second straight month and third time in 2018, ESPN Podcasts set a record for any month in its history with 43.6 million IAB compliant downloads in October, as measured by RawVoice.

If the name is anything to go by, this one should be interesting. Always Aggravated is a new podcast hosted by 97.1 The Ticket (WXYT-FM) sports broadcaster Mike Valenti. New episodes will be posted weekly to RADIO.COM. 

Amy Brown -- co-host of The Bobby Bones Show -- now has her own podcast called 4 Things With Amy Brown.

Podcasting solution provider Voxnest has announced the integration of Siri shortcuts in the company’s Spreaker Studio App, enabling podcasters to create custom voice commands for predefined actions.

Journeys of Faith with Paula Faris is a new podcast featuring conversations with newsmakers and celebrities examining how faith has helped guide them through their best and worst of times. The first three episodes are available now, with new episodes each Wednesday.

After 17 years as a talk radio host, Laura Ingraham has decided to transition from radio to podcasting. The Laura Ingraham Show will debut in January on PodcastOne.

The streaming company expects the finished product to be available to all Pandora users in a few weeks. The new platform is powered by Pandora’s Podcast Genome Project, a cataloging system and discovery algorithm.
