Radio host and Christian hip-hop recording artist Big Redd has launched the syndicated radio program The Big Redd Radio Show. The weekly one-hour show includes Christian hip-hop, Christian pop, and rhythm and praise music. 

Perry Stone joins Classic Rocker WXJK-FM in Farmville, Virginia. Stone's new gig is minutes outside of Charlottesville where he worked afternoons on Saga’s WWWV-3WV for seven years. Beginning June 22nd, Stone picks up the 3-6pm shift on the Rocker.

Promotions and an addition have been announced at FM News 101 KXL. Three news team members are moving up and a new member has been added.

Following the success of The Sinatra Hours with Dave Plier, WGN in Chicago is adding Sunday Standards with John Williams to its Sunday programming. This new show will air 9pm to 11pm, beginning Sunday, June 21.

CMG Tampa adds Operations Director duties to the to-do list of Nate Reed. Reed will continue as Director of Branding & Programming for WDUV-FM and WWRM-FM while overseeing operations for WPOI-FM, WHPT-FM and WXGL-FM as well as all digital content.

Mark Manuel is the new PD at iHeartMedia's Q106.5 (Classic Rock) and 101.3 KISS FM, (Hit Music) in the Quad Cities. Manuel rises from APD at Q106.5 and web master for the entire Quad Cities market. He'll be responsible for developing content for all seven stations’ websites in the market and keep his on-air shift.

iHeartMedia Seattle’s 95.7 The Jet has launched “95.7 The Jet Mornings with Jodi & Bender.” Bender previously worked mornings on KISS FM in Seattle. Jodi has worked in Seattle for over 20 years and on 95.7 The Jet since 2011.

Beasley Media Group announced the passing of legendary WDHA-FM host Curtis Kay following a three and a half year battle with lung cancer. Kay was 64.

Colorado Public Radio and KRCC have announced Jeff Bieri is the new Station Manager. Bieri was promoted from Program Manager at the Colorado Springs based station.
