Country 105 (CKRY-FM) Calgary morning show co-host Robyn Adair has announced she will retire at the end of April. She has been with the station for 32 years.

The $2,500 scholarships are part of DeDe's Achieve the Dream scholarship program. The goal of the program is to assist individuals by offering scholarships to a Historically Black College University. The money comes from the syndicated host's foundation.

Alpha Media San Jose celebrated the 25th anniversary of Jona Denz-Hamilton March 4th. Prior to joining KBAY in 1996, Jona was an on air talent at multiple stations in Northern California including San Jose and Sacramento. 

Philadelphia radio icon, Pierre Robert, has signed a multiyear extension with Beasley Media Group's WMMR-FM. The extension means Robert will celebrate 40 straight years with the station this November.

La Grande 107.5, KMVK-FM in Dallas, adds Erazno y la Chokolata to PM Drive. She station is owned by Entercom. The show is syndicated by the HRN Network.

Ryan Castle has been promoted to Brand Manager and Taryn Daly has been elevated to Assistant Brand Manager at 99.9 KISW (KISW-FM). Both will continue other duties with stations in the group.

Leighton Broadcasting has honored Director of Engineering Tony Abfalter as Engineering MVP of 2020. The Minnesota based family/employee owned company recognized Abfalter for his exemplary work during the pandemic shutdown.

Skyview Networks COO Steve Jones will moderate a discussion with New York Times Business Editor Ellen Pollack tonight from 7-9PM at Adelphi University. The live streamed event is called Keeping Up With The Times. Jones is an Adelphi graduate.

Townsquare Media has hired Tom Kreutzian as Market President for its Faribault/Owatonna market. The 4-station cluster had been under Townsquare's Rochester, MN leadership structure since 2012. The two markets are about an hour apart.

John Spataro has been promoted to lead operations of the Illinois Radio Network. The network is a news, sports and information service created with radio in mind, to provide content to affiliates across the state. Spataro was the affiliate and Sales Manager​​ before being promoted.
