Cadillac Jack, a fixture on the former Kicks1015 in Atlanta for 25 years, will return to the airwaves on The Bear 92.5 Monday. The station is owned by The Georgia Radio Alliance, which is in Zebulon, Georgia, outside of Atlanta.

Longtime Country Programmer Kenny Jay joins Albright & O’Malley & Brenner as a VP/Consulting Partner. Jay has programmed country radio stations across the U.S. for over 20 years, incuding WUBB in Savannah, KMNB in Minneapolis, KMPS in Seattle and WUSN in Chicago.
iHeart Extends With The Show
KIOZ-FM in San Diego has renewed its agreement with The Show to continue hosting mornings on the Active Rock station. The Show, featuring Eddie Pappani, Sky Williams, Tylhor “Thor” Dodd, and Emily Griffiths has been entertaining San Diego audiences during morning drive since 2010.
KCJK Puts Powers In The Afternoon
Jaye Powers is taking over afternoon drive at 105.1 The X in Kansas City. Powers replaces Cassiday Proctor who has been transferred to Cumulus Buffalo.

Starr Moves to Omaha
SummitMedia has named Victor Starr the new director of programming and operations for the company’s Omaha cluster which includes KXSP-AM, KQCH-FM, KKCD-FM, KSRZ-FM and KEZO-FM. Starr will also program KQCH.

MARC Radio, broadcast veteran Jerry Butler has been promoted to Market Manager. Butler will handle a mixed format bag consisting of eight stations in the Gainesville/Ocala market.

SummitMedia has hired Paul Windisch as General Sales Manager for its Springfield market which includes KSGF, KRVI, KTTS and KSPW. The one-time Market Manager for Clear Channel has 25 years experience in media under his belt.
New Deal For Hawkeye
Cumulus has signed a new long-term agreement with Country Radio Hall of Famer Mark “Hawkeye” Louis, longtime morning show host on Dallas country radio station KSCS-FM. Louis hosts the show with 10-year station veteran Michelle Rodriguez.
