Jonathan Carlson is slated to be a new morning drive co-anchor on WWJ News Radio 950 in Detroit. Carlson, a television news veteran, joins Roberta Jasina April 18.

John Clayton Passes
Clayton was well known for his work with ESPN TV but also worked for Bonneville's Sports station 710-AM in Seattle for the past 14 years. Clayton died after a short illness at the age of 67.

Cumulus has promoted Christopher “Boomer” Layfield to Operations Manager for Cumulus Indianapolis’ six-station group. Layfield has previously held programming positions in Charlotte, St. Louis, Richmond, San Diego and Nashville.
