For 37 years, Bill Woodward served the Valley as the radio voice of the Fresno State Bulldogs. He began working for KMJ in 1972 and retired back in 2010. Woodward was 81.
Alpha Adds San Jose Evening Host
Alpha Media San Jose’s Bay Country (KBAY 94.5 FM/KKDV 92.1 FM) has named Danny Miller as the station’s first local evening personality. Miller is a Bay Area radio veteran, most recently heard in the afternoons on the former classic hits KBAY-FM.

STLPR Names Interim Editor
Brian Heffernan will serve as interim executive editor of the St. Louis Public Radio newsroom. Heffernan has been the digital and special projects editor at STLPR since 2018. The position was held previously for over six years by Shula Neuman.

St. Louis Public Radio News Director Out
Shula Neuman is no longer the News Director at St. Louis Public Radio after a 6-year run. She was promoted in 2016 after 3 years as the station's health, science, education and race editor. No explanation was given by the station for Neuman's departure.
