Long-time WTIC Hartford morning show co-host Joe D’Ambrosio (right) announced on the air that he's leaving when his contract expires because he's not allowed to speak his mind. D’Ambrosio's rant took place during an argument over politics with a caller where he said he's not allowed to have his opinions known. The Hartford Courant has the details.
