Matt Longhenry has been hired as Music Director and On-Air Host, Afternoon Drive, for WFMS-FM Indianapolis. Longhenry joins the country station from WYTZ-FM in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Audacy has elevated DJ Squintz to Assistant Brand Manager in San Francisco and Sacramento. He will support KRBQ-FM and KSFM-FM with programming leadership involving air talent, music, operations and promotions.

Legendary Radio Programmer Ken Draper passed away this week at age 89. Jim Hampton, who partnered with Draper throughout the 80’s to produce syndicated programs for ABC, CBS and RKO Networks, plus thousands of radio stations around the world; talked with Radio Ink about his friend and colleague of more than 50 years.

WHCU Radio in Ithaca, NY will once again be broadcasting "The Larry Kudlow Show" on Saturdays. His daily feature, "The Kudlow Riff" will also return.

The host of "The Situation with Michael Brown" on KHOW in Denver, has been named full-time host of the nationally syndicated program, "The Weekend". The Premier Networks program is heard on more than 300 stations nationwide.

WFLA Orlando has added "The Dana Show". Based in Dallas, the Radio America syndicated show, hosted by Dana Loesch, is heard on nearly 200 stations nationwide.

Kevin Godwin, Senior Vice President for Townsquare Media, has been appointed to the NAB Radio Board of Directors. Godwin is one of three recent board appointees.

Miss Jones (AKA Jonesy) will be joining WXBK-FM later this month. 94.7 The Block will give her Morning Drive beginning August 22.
