IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Judge Makes Ruling in GMR/RMLC Case
And both sides are claiming a win after the ruling. Federal Judge Terry Hatter has denied the RMLC's attempt to dismiss its case against GMR, which GMR says is a major blow to radio. But the RMLC says the big news here is that the court agreed that if RMLC can prove the facts alleged then GMR is an illegal cartel.

Veteran PD Launches Podcast About His Cancer Fight
John Thomas, who was diagnosed with a rare form of tissue cancer in October of 2013, has released a podcast called Cancer and Chill. Thomas has chronicled every step of his fight and decided to launch this podcast as a way to walk alongside those who have cancer in their lives.
