ESPN New York 98.7FM has reached multiyear contract extensions with local radio icons Michael Kay and Don La Greca to continue as host and co-host of the weekday afternoon drive show The Michael Kay Show (3-7 p.m.). They will continue to work alongside Peter Rosenberg.
Westwood One Launches Entertainment Show
The new, 2-hour weekend show is called With Elaina, and is hosted by Elaina Smith, co-host of the network’s NASH Nights Live weeknight program.
ESPN Podcasts Smashes Monthly Record
ESPN Podcasts set a record for a single in September, with 39.3 million IAB compliant downloads, as measured by RawVoice. The number reflects an increase of 50% over September 2017. The previous record for a single month was 36.0 million set in May of this year.
