Announcing it is restructuring with certain lenders to reduce its $267 million in debt, Alpha Media has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The Company says it expects no disruption to operations and the current management will remain in place.
Report: Designer Abboud To Host Show on WABC
Fashion designer Joseph Aboud will launch a weekly show on the Red Apple station February 6th called Threads, according to Yahoo! Life. Threads is also the title of Abboud’s 2005 book about life in the “high stakes world of fashion.”

Townsquare Buying Big Batch of Oaktree Shares
Townsquare Media has entered into an agreement to repurchase a minimum of 10 million of the 12.5 million shares of the company owned by Oaktree Capital. The price Townsquare will pay is $6.40 per share, a 19% discount from last Friday's closing price.
