Warfield To Join Beasley Board
At its annual stockholders meeting on May 27 Beasley, 71-year old industry veteran Charles Warfield will be nominated to the Beasley Media Board of Directors. Warfield will replace former FCC Chairman Mark Fowler who is leaving the board after serving for 21 years.
Schmaeling Gets New Deal With Audacy
As of May 1, Richard Schmaeling will add Executive VP for Strategic Initiatives to his CFO role with Audacy. The new deal, which runs through April 30, 2025, will pay Schmaeling $800,000 per year plus bonuses and a $1,000 per month car allowance.
