Blackburn to Receive Legacy Award
The Alliance for Women in Media has announced that long-time radio executive Valerie Blackburn will receive its Legacy Leadership Award. The Gracies Leadership Awards will be held Monday, November 14th at Tribeca 360 in New York City.
Saga Increases Dividend
On Tuesday Saga Communications announced that its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share and a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share.
CRB Scholarship Deadline
This Friday, Sept. 23, marks the deadline to apply for the CRB Lisa McKay Women in Radio Scholarship program. Applicants must fill out an online application and submit, in 500 words or less, why she should be considered for the scholarship program.
