Tim Spence is the new Director of Sports Operations for KTFM/KZDC, San Antonio Sports Star, 94.1 FM, 1250 AM. Spence was PD for KHOW, KCOL, and APD for KOA in Denver. He was also affiliate relations manager for the 140 station network for the Broncos and Rockies. 

NRG Media has hired D-Wayne Taylor as the new PD for RED 94.5. in Lincoln, Nebraska. Taylor replaces Tiago Rey, who left NRG to work for Univision in Houston in their creative services department.

The Museum of Broadcast Communications announced on Monday that KFI-AM host Bill Handel, who also hosts a nationally syndicated program called Handel On The Law, will be MC the Radio Hall of Fame induction ceremony November 1st in Chicago. Handel is a 2017 Hall Inductee.  

Comedian and social justice advocate Amanda Seales becomes a syndicated radio host On November 7th. Seales will be syndicated by Urban One's Reach Media and launch on WRNB-FM in Philadelphia.
