iHeartMedia employees in New York state were told they have until December 27th to prove they have been vaccinated for COVID-19. A memo went out to employees citing New York City, New York State and Federal vaccine mandate requirements.

Ferguson Lawsuit Can Proceed
Chicago media writer Robert Feder reports that a court ruling Wednesday will allow a lawsuit alleging an unwelcome sexual relationship against former WTMX-FM host Eric Ferguson to move forward. A judge denied Ferguson's motion to dismiss. Ferguson quit The Mix back in October after several allegations of sexual misconduct. Read Feder HERE.

West Virginia Radio Corporation, has announced that it will rebrand the company as WVRC
Media. The 80-year-old-company operates 33 radio stations in six-markets in West Virginia and Maryland.
Townsquare Aids Tornado Victims
Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa and Northport, Alabama Mayor Bobby Herndon partnered up to raise funds and collect supplies to help the victims of the tornadoes that tore through Kentucky. Five U-Haul trailers were filled with supplies that were delivered to the disaster areas.
