Chicago media writer Robert Feder reports that a court ruling Wednesday will allow a lawsuit alleging an unwelcome sexual relationship against former WTMX-FM host Eric Ferguson to move forward. Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa and Northport, Alabama Mayor Bobby Herndon partnered up to raise funds and collect supplies to help the victims of the tornadoes that tore through Kentucky. Five U-Haul trailers were filled with supplies that were delivered to the disaster areas.
