Entercom CEO David Field says he expects that to pick up as we get closer to the general election, which is no different than how it comes in during every political cycle. CFO Steve Fisher reported that Entercom took in $800,000 in political revenue during the first quarter, compared to $100,000 a year ago.

The Copyright Royalty Judges have published the final rule in the Web IV proceeding that determined the rates that must be paid to artists for their music being played on the Web. The only remaining question is will anyone appeal the new rates. Interested parties have 30 days to decide.
