Pirate Ignores FCC. Faces $10K Fine.

The FCC previously issued a Notice of Apparent Liability to Gerald Sutton for operating an illegal radio station on 103.1-FM in Alma, Arkansas. Sutton ignored the NAL and now faces a $10,000 fine. The new order does not say whether or not Sutton is still broadcasting.
